Can't sit or stand because of the nagging pain?

Hey Reader,

I was standing in the kitchen this morning, trying to get some work done on my laptop.

I had the laptop on the island.

My 16-month-old was playing nearby.

And as I was replying to an email, I started to think about my old days of at my old job...

... And how I'd spend 8 hours a day standing like this because of piriformis pain.

As soon as I sat down, I could feel that deep achiness in my buttock starting again, and it was unbearable.

Standing wasn't easy either.

After 30-45 minutes, my feet would get tired. By 3 pm, I was physically exhausted.

While deep in thought, a person popped into my head...

Someone I coached one-on-one a few years ago. A lovely lady called Linda.

She told me how much she struggled with piriformis pain while doing her job as a hairdresser.

I really felt her pain.

I shared a couple of assessments with her, and she also received my corrective exercise program.

I was so happy when she emailed me again saying that the exercises made a massive difference in her day-to-day life.

Here's a screenshot of that message:

If the image doesn't display for you. The message reads...

"Hi Sofia,

Thank you for this program :)

I have to tell you that these corrective exercises are really helping me. I felt so good to walk at work… I noticed I was walking with ease and it felt wonderful!! I went to the the gym on my day off.

My posture and my back feels alot stronger. These routines you put together are amazing and I am getting so much relief from following them. I need a book so I never lose it!!

I’m learning a lot that I didn’t know. I really love what your programs are doing for me." Linda

I was so happy to read that.

Now, I took Linda's advice and made a PDF version of the routines. I also put all the information I shared with her in my program here...

Unfortunately, I don't work with 1:1 clients right now because my schedule with the baby is all over the place.

But you CAN still get my help in the Piriformis Control program (for a tiny fraction of the price), and you get the same routines I shared with Linda!

It's so easy to join.

Just click this link, and you'll get access to all my private videos and routines.

Stay Strong,

Sofia

P.S. While I don't take 1:1 clients right now, I do check in inside the private members' area to answer questions or offer my personalized feedback.

P.P.S. I received many 'thank yous' for the chair exercises PDF I sent recently. I'm so glad this resource came at the right time for many subscribers.

Hi Reader, Yesterday, I learned a very cool fact... Do you know what the largest muscle in a horse is? The gluteus medius. Isn't that interesting? I mean...considering how powerful and strong these animals are, I found that fascinating. I also discovered that in horses, the gluteus medius plays the ultimate role in extending the hip, propelling the body forward, and stabilizing the leg. Now I'm obviously not suggesting you need the glutes of a horse... But there's a reason I talk so much...
