If you’re unsure, this will help...

Hey Reader

Back Pain Control is closing early next week, and I've been getting many questions.

And if you've been dealing with piriformis pain, chronic lower back tension, sciatica, hip tightness, or flare-ups that strike out of nowhere...

You don't want to spend another month guessing what to do.

So let me clear a few things up and answer some very common questions.

Q. What specific areas does the program help with?

A. Every imbalance and dysfunction that is tied to your hips, pelvic-lumbar area.

If it's affecting your pelvis and alignment...

...putting pressure on your discs...

...irritation of the piriformis and sciatic nerve.

I cover it inside Back Pain Control.

You'll restore alignment, strengthen your deep core and glutes, and learn pain-free movement.

I know it works because I used these exact strategies to get myself out of 7 years of pain.

Q. Does the program help with arthritis or SI joint pain?

A. Yes!

The program includes specific routines for SI joint correction, strengthening routines to stabilize the spine, and reducing arthritis symptoms.

These routines were vital in managing my symptoms when diagnosed with spinal arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis).

Q. What if some exercises are too difficult for me?

A. That's exactly why I created the Floor Exercise Modifications Handbook.

If any floor exercise is difficult for you at this time, or an exercise doesn't feel right, you'll have standing and seated alternatives so you can continue making progress through the program.

Q. What makes this different from physical therapy?

A. This is a great question...

Physical therapy is excellent for the early stages of injury or pain and restoring early movement.

Back Pain Control focuses on what comes next and when the pain becomes chronic and doesn't go away despite therapy.

You'll learn how to fix muscular weaknesses, improve daily movement habits, strengthen your deep core and glutes, and get long-lasting relief.

Q. Will strengthening make my pain worse?

A. No, and here's why...

The program starts with pain-free movement, posture correction, and gentle core stabilization before progressing into strengthening.

You'll never jump straight into strengthening.

Everything is designed to gradually rebuild stability while respecting your current pain level.

The strengthening routines are also very easy to do and low-impact.

I guide you through each exercise and give cues to ensure you don't trigger pain.

Q. Could I just find this information for free on YouTube?

A. No, because none of the videos contain the full, structured process that takes you from pain to alignment to strength and long-term relief.

Inside the program, you'll find a Recovery Roadmap PDF that outlines how it's structured.

You'll follow a clear system. You won't have to piece together random YouTube videos.

Inside the program, you'll feel focused without overwhelm.

Think about the time you'd save by not having to dig through so many blog posts and YouTube videos and implement disconnected strategies just to "maybe" find something that kinda works.

Q. I feel too old, too stiff, or too weak for this to work?

A. No, and honestly, this belief is probably part of what's kept you stuck.

I've had people in their 60s and 70s complete programs and report their results back to me over email.

You don't need strength or flexibility to start this.

This program is designed to help you relieve pain and build strength, no matter your current pain level.

Q. What happens after the 8 weeks?

A. You'll maintain your results.

I designed 3 maintenance routines you can keep doing to stay aligned and pain-free long after you're done.

They will also keep the most critical muscles strong and engaged to keep you pain-free.

Q. I've had pain for years. Is it too late?

A. Not at all.

I've lived with chronic pain from piriformis syndrome, sciatica, L5/S1 disc herniation, and spinal arthritis for about 7 years.

I thought I was never going to get better.

But I did!

Many members have lived with pain for years before joining.

Recovery isn't about how long you've had pain.

Your body is resilient and can heal and recover.

When you improve movement patterns and progressively rebuild strength, your body can start to heal and get stronger.
