Is the piriformis program for you?

Hey Reader,

I've been getting some good questions about the program, so I thought, why not answer these questions over email in case you're wondering about the same things...

I'm busy. Will this take me a long time?

My goal is to provide you with actionable information you can implement right away…

The internet is full of information that can lead you in many different directions.

Instead, you'll follow a specific process to address piriformis syndrome and hip pain. You'll also feel clear about the process, rather than spending months (or years) trying to figure things out on your own.

The routines are within 5-15 minutes. You can also pause them and resume later. I've also included PDFs of the plans so you can watch the tutorial once and use the plans for guidance.

I've tried a ton of stuff; nothing has worked so far.

When pain lingers for months (or years), it’s easy to feel discouraged and think healing isn’t possible for you. I had the same false belief after almost 7 years of pain.

Healing piriformis syndrome isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing the right things that are focused on addressing the root cause of the pain.

I personally tried every therapy or treatment under the sun and this program includes everything I've learned in healing this stubborn condition.

Could I just find this information for free online?

There is a ton of free content online. I even have free videos about piriformis syndrome on my website. Of course, I try to be as helpful as possible, sharing my experience and what I've learned.

However, and I have to be honest... I still have people say they're overwhelmed by the information or don't know where to start on my site.

I remember trying all the stretches I could find.

I watched yoga channels and did piriformis stretches daily.

It was all just a mess and disorganized.

Many times, much of the free stuff online about piriformis syndrome is unhelpful because it's not actionable and is very generic.

We're all unique and different.

This is why I designed 8 unique exercise plans in the program.

This is where the program stands out.

I packaged each plan into a step-by-step process that doesn't require you to spend hours and hours sifting through Google or YouTube for advice.

Can this program also help me with pelvic or lower back pain?

This program can certainly help you with these issues in figuring out what keeps causing the pain…

…Releasing tight muscles in those areas…

…Strengthening weak muscles to help stabilize the pelvis and lower back.

I've used the plans myself this past year, going through my first pregnancy. I was very worried that the added pressure on my hips and pelvis was going to cause me a piriformis flare-up or trigger my old issues.

But thanks to this program, my pregnancy went completely pain-free!

What if I can't keep up or can't do the program now?

That's okay. Once you access the program, you'll do it at your own pace. You can watch the videos whenever you have time or feel ready to start.

You'll always have access to this program and you can print out the PDF versions of the plans as well.

Is this a membership program?

No, the price you see is a one-time enrollment fee.

This is why I'm reaching out.

Updates require a lot of work on my part. As a result, the program's price will increase. I wanted to wait and let you know first.

Are there PDFs?

Yes, you'll find 8 exercise PDFs that outline the plan to follow. Of course, I recommend you watch the exercise video tutorials and bonus coaching tips videos at least once...and continue to use the PDFs later on as a guide.

Remember that you can always go back and review the tutorials.

You'll also find a few PDF sheets to note your observations on.

There are also new bonus PDFs for quick reference: the Ultimate Piriformis Release Checklist & The Flare-Up Control Checklist (I will add these to your account for free if you join by June 16th).

The program is focused on the muscular system. Strengthening your muscles and fixing muscular imbalances that lead to chronic piriformis muscle & hip pain.

So if you have piriformis syndrome or any hip issues, you'll greatly benefit from the program at any stage.

If you enroll now, you'll get lifetime access at the current price.

I am happy to help if you have any questions regarding the program or any health-related questions to check if the program is a good fit..

See you in the program,

Sofia

Hi there, If you’ve been wondering whether you need the Hip Reset program or how it can help, I've answered a few common questions below. If you have a question that is not listed, reply to this email and let me know. Q: I’ve tried so many hip stretches, but my tightness always comes back. How is this program different? So many people get stuck in over-stretching to fix their pain. And it’s frustrating when you stretch a ton but see no long-term results. This is exactly why I put this program...

Are you worried to make the pain worse by following a glutes strengthening program like Strong Glutes? The Deep Core Program bonus is expiring soon! You may be considering the program but, at the same time, have questions or concerns holding you back. So I'd like to answer some questions you may be wondering about. (And if I'm missing something and want to ask something specific, just reply to this email and let me know.) Q1: My glutes are sensitive to exercise. I'm worried this will make my...

Hey Reader, One of the common causes of side lower back pain and tension is a tight quadratus lumborum muscle. And I’ve put together a list of amazing stretches to help you release this muscle so it can stop pulling on your pelvis. The QL is a deep muscle located in the back area and part of the deep core. A tight QL can cause intense lower back pain due to prolonged sitting or compensation. It’s also attached to both the spine and pelvis... When it tightens, it causes pain in the upper hip...
