Hi Reader,
With the Pain-Free Sleep Guide and Sit Without Pain bonuses expiring soon, I want to make sure you have all the answers to any lingering question you may have.
If you’ve been wondering whether you need the Hip Reset program or how it can help, I've answered a few common questions below.
If you have a question that is not listed, reply to this email and let me know.
Q: I’ve tried so many hip stretches, but my tightness always comes back. How is this program different?
So many people get stuck in over-stretching to fix their pain. And it’s frustrating when you stretch a ton but see no long-term results. This is exactly why I put this program together.
The reason stretching doesn't work is because it’s missing a proper release sequence that also addresses muscle knots, trigger points, and a way to stabilize your hips at the end.
Q: You have so many programs. How is this one different?
This program is different from the rest. It's focused on release strategies to help you relieve hip tightness, unlock more mobility, and undo the damage of years of sitting.
Q: I don’t have time for long workouts. Will this fit into my routine?
Absolutely! The sessions are only 7-12 minutes long and are designed to be quick and effective. Use them up to 3 times per week to release the tight hip flexors.
- Use them after your workouts!
- Do them before bed to relax your hips.
- Follow the 1-minute quick hip resets or the Release Checklist PDF if you’re short on time.
Q: Will I see results quickly?
Many people feel instant relief after just one session! As you continue with the routines consistently, you’ll notice:
- Less tightness in your hips and lower back.
- Better posture and alignment.
- Easier movement when walking, taking the stairs, or exercising.
- Fewer flare-ups of piriformis or side hip pain.
Q: My hips are sensitive to stretching. Will this make my pain worse?
These routines are influenced by my own experience with piriformis syndrome, lower back and hip pain, and years of trial and error.
I used to stretch all the time, and almost everything aggravated my symptoms.
This is actually the reason I decided to create this program.
The release sessions include trigger point releases, unique movements, and stretches focused only on hip flexors (the front leg muscles that tighten up and cause hip imbalances).
The sessions also include gentle strengthening exercises at the end (optional).
I noticed that following this specific structure was the best way to get relief.
It prevents over-stretching, which can aggravate your symptoms or cause more weakness and instability.
No more repetitive stretches that don’t work.
Q: Which specific issues will the program help with?
I put this program together to help with specific issues related to tight hip flexors. These include:
- Chronic lower back tightness and pain.
- Hip pain from sitting or walking.
- Discomfort walking uphill, up the stairs, or long walks.
- Psoas or groin pain.
- Hip stiffness.
- Leg pain (front and side)
- Tightness in the piriformis, IT band (side of the hip).
- Postural issues (anterior pelvic tilt).
- Other: Back Side and back of knee pain
On top of addressing these issues, you’ll restore hip balance and allow your glutes to activate and engage more effectively.
Q: How long are the sessions?
The five main sessions are all within 7-12 minutes in length. Perfect for the morning or evening.
I also have a dedicated evening mobility routine to help you relax and let all tightness fade away.
In a rush? See the 1-minute Quick Hip Resets Bonus if you need a quick release!
The program is yours to keep and do at your own pace.
Just remember that you can use these routines at any time. I’ve specifically structured them so they are safe to do in the morning or evening.
Q: Are the sessions guided? Or just demos?
They are all guided. I’ll take you through each release and movement step-by-step…
One of the things I enjoy the most as a specialist in corrective exercise is putting exercise programs together and designing routines from scratch for all levels.
This unique program will help you learn how to release tight, overactive, and overworked hip muscles the right way!
(Don’t forget…the new bonuses are expiring on Monday, October 6th, at midnight PT to be exact)
Stay Strong,
Sofia
