Not sure if the glutes strengthening program is for you?

Are you worried to make the pain worse by following a glutes strengthening program like Strong Glutes?

The Deep Core Program bonus is expiring soon! You may be considering the program but, at the same time, have questions or concerns holding you back.

So I'd like to answer some questions you may be wondering about.

(And if I'm missing something and want to ask something specific, just reply to this email and let me know.)

Q1: My glutes are sensitive to exercise. I'm worried this will make my pain worse.

I can relate to this question because when I suffered from piriformis syndrome for 7 years, along with pelvic inflammation and sciatica, almost everything aggravated my symptoms.

This is actually the reason I decided to create this program.

There are a lot of glute strengthening videos online that aren't specific for people with existing chronic hip issues.

The program is structured to help you fix the underlying weaknesses gently and safely.

This plan is the result of several years of trying different strategies, designing different workouts for clients, and refining my routines.

I noticed that following a specific structure was the best way to strengthen the glutes...safely.

So these routines are influenced by my own experience with piriformis syndrome, lower back and hip pain, and years of trial and error.

Q2: Can I just find glute strengthening exercises online?

You can find many glutes strengthening exercises online, and a simple search will yield a lot of information.

However, what sets out my program apart is the carefully curated and structured approach to glute strengthening.

And specifically designed to address hip weaknesses, piriformis syndrome, SI joint pain, and lower back pain.

The program is beyond just giving you a list of '10 best strengthening exercises' It provides a strategic plan to target the glutes effectively from every angle.

As a strength coach and corrective exercise specialist, I've included many coaching tips and techniques to help you avoid injuries or tightness … and a progressive approach to the routines so you can safely build strength.

This is a well-rounded program.

It includes targeted glute exercises and incorporates proper form, activation techniques, and isolation exercises to optimize your glute strength.

Remember that glute strengthening is not just about finding random exercises online.

It's about having a strategic plan structured to achieve optimal results.

Being a specialist in corrective exercise, I have loved putting this program together to help you fix glute and hip weaknesses and keep it low-impact so it's safe and easy to follow.

Q3: How long is the program?

The program is 6 weeks with 2 routines per week.

It's best to not do more than 2 glute-focused routines per week to allow enough time for recovery. It's necessary for your muscles to grow stronger.

Q4: What do I do in between?

You can the core strengthening routines you will receive for free!

The Deep Core Mini-Training includes short 7-10 minute effective routines specific for core activation and strengthening. These are perfect to do in between your glute workouts.

You can adjust this to your liking.

If you choose to do just 1 routine per week, that's fine too. Just progress slowly and safely while listening to your body and prioritizing rest when needed.

The program is yours to keep and do at your own pace.

Just remember that by scheduling this time in, you'll be working on helping your body heal and become stronger.

And when you think about it, dedicating 10-20 minutes of your time once or twice a week is a small commitment compared to the immense rewards these routines will bring.

(And I speak from experience ... living pain-free for many years now)

Q5: Does the plan include images and is it printable?

Yes, the plan is in PDF format with pictures of the exercises, reps, sets, and coaching tips.

You will also get access to the guided videos of these routines and a comprehensive exercise library including 49 individual glute exercises.

You can access it at any time and from any device.

Feel free to print the plan so you can do your routines anywhere. Even when traveling!

If you need guidance with an exercise or have questions about following a routine, you can submit your question inside the program area.

Ultimately, my aim is to make strengthening your hips and getting rid of chronic pain in that area more attainable for you.

This program will help you get there faster and more effectively because I didn't leave any area out.

You'll be activating and strengthening your hips from all angles... Safely and gently.

Hi there, If you’ve been wondering whether you need the Hip Reset program or how it can help, I've answered a few common questions below. If you have a question that is not listed, reply to this email and let me know. Q: I’ve tried so many hip stretches, but my tightness always comes back. How is this program different? So many people get stuck in over-stretching to fix their pain. And it’s frustrating when you stretch a ton but see no long-term results. This is exactly why I put this program...

Hey Reader, One of the common causes of side lower back pain and tension is a tight quadratus lumborum muscle. And I’ve put together a list of amazing stretches to help you release this muscle so it can stop pulling on your pelvis. The QL is a deep muscle located in the back area and part of the deep core. A tight QL can cause intense lower back pain due to prolonged sitting or compensation. It’s also attached to both the spine and pelvis... When it tightens, it causes pain in the upper hip...

Hey Reader, I have a great post listing 11 exercises to stabilize, support, and strengthen your deep core + pelvic floor muscles. Deep core strengthening routines have helped me immensely in keeping my under control when no amount of stretching worked. They’ll provide much-needed support and stability for your hips and lumbar spine… …Especially if you’re experiencing sciatica or other symptoms related to disc herniations. Deep core routines also improve pelvic function (including protecting...
